Matt Green – CEO
As the leader of Front Light Building Co., Matt has a broad range of operational responsibilities including identifying investment opportunities, acquisitions,
leadership, financial management, sales, and marketing. Matt believes in the entrepreneurial spirit and always wants Front Light Building Co. to adhere to those
principles of constantly creating innovation within the company.
Matt is also the owner of JCM Ventures, LLC, and was responsible for the planning and development of Buckwalter Place Town Center in Bluffton, SC. Matt began his
career as an accountant for Arthur Anderson. His desire to start a career in real estate led him to leave the industry and join Bennett Development, a real estate
development firm in the greater Boston area. As Project Manager working on various residential real estate development projects, he had responsibility for planning
and feasibility studies, acquisitions, permitting all projects, and running the daily operations of the company. In 2004, Matt left Bennett Development to found
Live Oak Group, LLC and shortly thereafter Live Oak Property Group, LLC and JCM Ventures, LLC.
Matt is very involved in the community with his kids’ schools, the local Chamber of Commerce, and other various boards. He chairs the Don Ryan Center
for Innovation and was one of the founders of this public-private partnership focusing on creating sustainable economic growth for the region.
Matt was born and raised in Shadyside, Ohio. He received a BA in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and
attended Linsly Military Institute for high school. Matt and his wife Jennifer have three children: Claire, Madelyn, and Logan.

Delton Cunningham – CFO
Delton is a certified Public Accountant and has over 30 year’s experience, including over 20 years In Senior Operational Roles in the
homebuilding, real estate, and flooring industries.
Delton began his career as a tax accountant with the Miami office of Arthur Andersen. Delton has served as Chief Operating Officer of Lifestyle Flooring, Inc.,
a major Florida flooring distributor. He held various positions with Tampa based Inland Homes, including Chief Financial Officer, Division President
and CEO of CES Homes, Inc.
Prior to that, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Danlin Group, a real estate development and hospitality firm with extensive holdings in the
Cayman Islands. Delton spent eight years as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bovie Medical Corporation; an American Stock Exchange Company
headquartered in Melville, NY. He also served as President of the Asset Protection Program Risk Retention Group, a South Carolina captive insurance company that
provided insurance to its member homebuilders.
Delton is committed to the idea that Front Light never builds a home that he or any member of the team would not be proud to live in. He firmly believes that
we should never ask a homeowner to accept anything that we would not accept in our own home.
A graduate of The University of Florida, he was born in Pensacola and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Delton and his wife, Robin, have three
children: Brittany, Kaylee, Hunter, and three grandchildren.

David Walker - Market President, FLBC Development
David has had a long career in design, construction, development, leadership and business planning. He has a background in leading large design and construction
organizations and for developing opportunities across North America. His work leading the commercial design, construction and development for Front Light is focused
primarily on serving the upstate region and currently the Olde Eight master plan and portfolio but also in identifying and developing new opportunities and serving our
communities. His work as the President is focused on building up our clients and the team through his passion for building and developing great teams. David feels a
great responsibility for serving in a profound way that lifts up those around him and the community. He makes his daily mission to care for the well-being of those around
him and his Front Light teammates. His objective is to always lead a culture where people are valued and great ideas flourish which leads to creating value for our people,
clients and communities. David and his wife are both involved in various charitable activities in the upstate. David holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from
Liberty University. And he is a fellow Rotarian.

Dean Domas - VP, Commercial Construction
Dean Domas has served the role of Vice President of Commercial Development since 2024. Dean has been in commercial and residential construction since 2006,
following a 6-year Officer career in the United States Air Force as an Air Battle Manager on the E-3 AWACS aircraft. Dean grew up in Fenton Michigan and attended
Michigan Technological University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1999. His wife and two daughters enjoy adventures outdoors
that create lifelong memories.
Dean has been a licensed General Contractor for commercial and residential projects in Arizona since 2008 and is a licensed South Carolina general contractor holding his
NASCLA (National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies) license. He has been a South Carolina resident since 2010 moving to South Carolina to manage his family
owned commercial and residential business. He has vast experience in project management, estimating, permitting and customer coordination. He has been involved in commercial
projects including new developments, restaurants, churches, government buildings and retail space. His experience in the custom home market has given him an appreciation for
design, budgeting, construction and completion while working closely with customers and developing new processes and strategies.
Dean has always taken pride in being involved in his local community, coaching recreation department soccer and basketball, serving on the McCormick County Chamber of Commerce
Board of Directors for 6 years with 3 of those years in the Chairman seat. And serving his local volunteer fire department as a Lieutenant and certified interior fire fighter.

Cassie Eschenbach - EVP Development
Cassie Eschenbach brings over fifteen years of experience in the corporate sector, blending Midwestern work ethic with Southern charm to lead strategic growth in
the development and homebuilding industry focused on both function and form.
Raised by a custom home builder, Cassie developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and creating spaces that foster connection. Her career spans leadership
roles in operations, strategic planning, and team development across various industries, including Director of Sales Operations for North American Transportation at
XPO Logistics and Director of Sales Enablement at Office Depot. Cassie currently serves as Executive Vice President for FLBC Development and Market President
for Lanthorne Homes – Upstate SC.
Cassie joined Front Light Building Co. to drive business development and market expansion, leveraging her expertise in strategy and team building to fuel the company’s
growth and operational efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, exploring all the south has to offer.

Jessica Shipman - VP, Development Operations
Jessica brings with her 20 years of experience in the community association industry, with deep expertise in the execution of large master-planned developments, her background
includes the legal setup of community association governing documents, creations of architectural design guidelines, and development of policies and procedures. She holds the
Professional Community Association Management (PCAM) designation, the highest professional recognition from the Community Association Institute, available to community
association managers. Most recently, she has overseen the design, build, procurement and delivery of common amenities and infrastructure across a portfolio of communities.
Jessica received her Bachelor of Professional Studies in Project Management from the College of Charleston and has recently completed a Master of Professional Studies in
Real Estate with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. Jessica previously lived in Mount Pleasant and recently moved to Greenwood. Outside of
work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, practicing yoga and exploring her new city of Greenwood.

Jason Armstrong - VP, Sales & Marketing
Jason Armstrong brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate development, architectural design, and placemaking. As Vice President of Sales and
Marketing for Lanthorne Homes and Olde Eight, he leads sales strategy, brand development, and the overall customer experience across the Upstate region.
At his core, Jason believes great communities aren’t just built; they’re curated through story, strategy, and human connection.
Previously, he served as President of Patrick Square, a nationally recognized Traditional Neighborhood Development in Clemson. During his 12-year tenure, he led
sales, marketing, and architectural oversight, helping guide the community from vision through full buildout. He also held earlier roles with Toll Brothers and
Pulte Homes across the Southeast, giving him a broad view of residential development and homebuilding.
With a degree in Architecture and a Master’s in Real Estate Development, Jason brings both creative insight and operational focus. He and his wife live in the
Upstate with their two children and stay active in their church, youth sports—and the occasional sunrise trail hike.

Josh Renault - VP, Residential Construction
With over two decades of experience in residential construction, Josh Renault has been a cornerstone of the industry since 1999. A licensed general contractor, Josh
has expertly managed a wide range of projects, from custom home builds to comprehensive renovations, earning a reputation for excellence through his meticulous attention
to detail and unwavering commitment to quality.
Josh graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Construction Management, which laid the foundation for his successful career. Outside of work, he is
an avid Georgia Bulldog football fan, often found cheering on his team with fervor. He also enjoys working in the yard, grilling out, and spending quality time with his family,
especially his grandkids. Balancing his professional dedication with these personal passions, Josh leads a well-rounded and fulfilling life.

Heather Wright - Design Coordinator
Heather Wright joined our Upstate team in fall of 2024 as the design coordinator for the upstate region. She earned her BS in Interior Design from Florida State University
and resides in Clemson SC.
Heather has worked in both commercial and residential design for 20 + years, most recently was involved with Patrick Square, a residential and commercial development in
Clemson SC as the design center coordinator. Heather also owns her own design consulting business.
Thriving around arts and music from her early Montessori years she loved colors, patterns, and timeless shapes. “I assumed everyone saw balance and design the way I did”.
I enjoy the variety of people and concepts residential design offers regularly. It brings me great joy to help create a home personalized and unique to fit each homeowner.
The Wrights moved to Clemson 18 years ago, and her husband Jeremy bleeds orange. Their oldest child Tipton is pursuing a doctorate in Physical Therapy at the
University of Saint Augustine in FL. Their younger son Coleman is a Clemson Tiger working towards a management of information systems/business degree and enjoys club
volleyball. Their daughter Spencer is a senior in high school and a member of the lady’s golf team.
Heather is active in church, enjoys reading, loves flowers, needlepointing and carving time out for friends. Family has always been a top priority, and they travel to games,
family gatherings, and vacation in the mountains or the beach.

Maggie Boyle - Sr. Project Coordinator
With over eight years of experience in the construction industry, Maggie has worked across both residential and commercial sectors—gaining valuable insight from design to build.
Her career began on the residential side, where she was involved in both the design and construction of custom homes, and later expanded into commercial projects, including the
development of two self-storage companies, one of which she helped launch from the ground up.
Maggie’s primary focus has been office management, with hands-on involvement in project coordination and day-to-day operations. As she continues to grow in her career,
her goal is to move into more management and coordination roles, contributing to the broader strategy and execution of projects.
She relocated to the Lowcountry three years ago and has since continued her journey in construction—grateful that it eventually led her to Front Light. Maggie holds a bachelor’s
degree from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, where she earned a full-ride scholarship for barrel racing thanks to her lifelong involvement in the equestrian world.
Having grown up in Wyoming, Florida, and South Carolina, Maggie brings a unique perspective shaped by a diverse upbringing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors—golfing,
fishing, boating, and caring for her many plants and flowers. While she doesn’t ride as often these days, she still loves slipping on her boots for a ride now and then.

Spence Little - Sr. Project Manager Commercial
Spence Little brings more than 25 years of commercial construction experience across South Carolina, with a career that spans construction management and general contracting. A Clemson University civil engineering graduate, he has taken projects from concept through closeout in both office and field roles, working for organizations ranging from a three-person contractor to a multibillion-dollar firm. Spence has delivered work under multiple delivery methods and understands the table from every seat—contractor, consultant, and client representative.
Recent work includes leading construction for M Dillon Construction’s multi-use complex at Lake Murray while building internal processes for cost management and field operations. He also served as Construction Manager for Prisma Health Urgent Care by Wellstreet, overseeing seven new clinics statewide in under a year, and previously managed $1–$3M historic renovations with Montgomery Construction requiring design/assist coordination and National Park Service approvals. Born in Greenwood and raised across the Carolinas, Spence is a Spring Valley High alum with twin daughters in high school and a son at Clemson.
